You may use Ratchet only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create with Ratchet. We retain ownership of the Service, including its software, design, and documentation.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Founders Bridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ratchet.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
