Per product, not per seat

Each product carries its own plan. Invite your whole team — you only upgrade the products that need more room.

AI usage at cost

The coding agent runs on your own Anthropic API key. Anthropic bills you directly at standard rates — Ratchet adds no markup.

Billing questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs no payment details — connect your tools and start the loop. You only add a card when you upgrade a product to a paid plan.

How does per-product billing work?

Plans attach to products, not accounts. If you run three products, each one picks its own plan — upgrade the busy one, keep the side projects free.

What do the task limits mean?

A task is one improvement on your board — a bug fix, an idea, a polish item. Plans cap how many tasks you can create per month; each plan card above shows its cap.

Can I change or cancel a plan?

Any time, from the product's billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately; if you cancel, the plan simply runs out at the end of the paid period.

What will the AI usage actually cost me?

AI usage is billed by Anthropic directly on your own API key, at their standard rates with no markup from Ratchet. Most products spend a few dollars per shipped improvement, and you can watch usage in your Anthropic console.
