Ratchet (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-assisted product build pipeline. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we collect

Account data (your email and authentication identifiers), the products and tasks you create, and operational telemetry needed to run the service. We connect to third-party tools (e.g. Sentry, Amplitude, GitHub) only with credentials you provide.

How we use it

To authenticate you, operate the pipeline, send you task-status notifications, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.

Notifications

With your permission we send push notifications about meaningful task moments via OneSignal. You can disable them in your device settings.

Retention & deletion

We retain account data while your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, contact support@foundersbridge.org.
