Prioritization & roadmap

Turn on a scoring framework in Settings → Automation → Framework to rank every task instead of relying on the coarse low/medium/high/critical priority.

RICE or ICE

• RICE — (Reach × Impact × Confidence) ÷ Effort. Reach is people or events affected per period; Impact is a multiplier from 0.25 to 3; Confidence is a percent; Effort is in person-weeks.
• ICE — Impact × Confidence × Ease, each rated 1–10.

The agent estimates each score when it creates a task; you can override any of it on the card. Turning the framework off goes back to plain priority.

Roadmap

The roadmap lays out milestones across three horizons — Now, Next, and Later — so anyone can see where the product is headed at a glance.

Link board tasks to a roadmap item and it tracks its own progress from what actually ships — no manual status updates. Each item can point at a goal, and finished work slides into a Shipped shelf with the date it landed.

Not sure where to start? Plan with AI drafts roadmap items from your goals and what’s on the board. Nothing joins the roadmap until you add it.

Goals

In Settings → Product → Goals, set what you’re trying to move right now — active goals steer idea generation and make impact estimates defensible instead of guessed.
